MILENNE

Bilingual Intercultural Therapeutic Consultant

What feels like distance
between cultures
can become the very space where a new way of relating begins.

I guide intercultural couples in transforming cultural differences into connection and a shared way of relating — while supporting life between cultures with greater belonging and emotional integration.

Third culture is not about choosing one culture over another.

It is the space that is created when different cultural worlds meet — a space where new ways of thinking, relating, and belonging can emerge.

Rather than feeling divided between cultures, it becomes possible to build something new: a shared way of relating, a deeper sense of identity, and a place that feels like home — even when living between worlds.

I work with what I've lived.

I am Brazilian, an immigrant, in an intercultural marriage, and mother to a CCK (Cross-Cultural Kid). I have been living in South Africa since 2009, and I know firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new country, communicating across cultures, and navigating the grief of distance.

My professional and personal journeys converged through interculturality. With a degree in Psychology from Brazil, Honours from South Africa, and specialisation in Intercultural Psychology, I have spent 18+ years helping people feel more understood and connected in their relationships.
